Umusa Loss Adjusters & Surveyors venture started in 2025. We are a robust, agile and innovative African Loss Adjusting Company which is 100% black owned. We aspire to be an excellent model of economic independence and leadership.
Our vision is to become a dynamic and leading Loss Adjusting firm and a BBBEE service provider of choice to the Short-Term Insurance Industry and other stakeholders. We aim to deliver our services to cater to the needs of the regional and global Insurance Industry, with a high level of professionalism and integrity. We aim to develop a highly proficient practice through the integration of technological advanced claims management systems to serve the ever-evolving insurance industry and the development of the next generation of Loss Adjusters by facilitating the transference of skills and expertise by seasoned Adjusters.

Our adjusters are members of the Institute of Loss Adjusters of Southern Africa. We are driven by the quest for excellence and innovation to assist in the fair and just settlement of claims, including complex and contentious claims, on behalf of all Insurance Companies.
